Neha’s yoga journey began over 10 years ago. Yoga gave her discipline, energy and balance while completely changing her life and healing her soul, so she dove into the knowledge of the practice, the journey of discovering the tangible and intangible, and the inner and outer world guided by breath & movement. Her personal practice gave her mental and spiritual transformation so she desired to share this beautiful energy with everyone around her.

Neha has completed over 500 hours of yoga teacher training and continues to learn to deepen her practice. She has facilitated classes all over the world including Mexico, Colombia, Myanmar, Portugal and Canada. Yoga is a constant journey; the important thing is to start the journey, then the breath will guide you in the best direction. As a facilitator, you can expect to feel grounded, rejuvenated and balanced. Get ready to Inhale the future, and exhale the past!

 

Class Description:

Get ready to awaken the body, ignite the breath, and let go of physical, mental and emotional tension. Through intentional breathwork and a deep mind body connection you’ll find balance between movement and stillness.  Breath and tap into you in this sacred safe space. Find a sense of belonging to feel strong, grounded and restored.
