BREATHWORK: THE INNER JOURNEY

Awaken your inner wisdom through the power of breath.

Join Karen Nitsche, certified Neurodynamic Breathwork facilitator, for a 2-hour journey of transformation through breath and sound. Using a conscious, connected breathing technique supported by evocative music, this session invites you to quiet the thinking mind, release stored emotions, and access deeper intuition and insight.

The experience includes:
~ Opening circle
~ Introduction to Breathwork principles and technique
~ Embodied movement warm-up
~ 60-minute Breathwork journey
~ Integration practices + closing circle

This session offers a safe and supportive container for whatever is present in your life. You remain the guide of your own inner journey — the breath simply leads the way.

Please bring: a yoga mat, sleeping mask or blindfold (if you have one), and a journal.
Wear: comfortable clothing.
Tip: avoid large meals 2 hours prior to the session.
