Mat Chandler is based out of Tzununá, Guatemala, stewarding the Las Manos land project, as well as being the visionary for Holy Wow Cacao, a land-made and hand-crafted ceremonial cacao that circulates the world. This journey of carrying the medicine of Cacao goes back 9+ years, and has continued into Guatemala since 2019 when he moved there to work with Cacao and the Mayan people directly from the ground up.

Mat has a passion for holding the sacred space of ceremony, especially with Cacao, as it is the medicine that healed (his and so many others’) pain, grief and sadness and lifted into happiness and gratitude for life. He finds a humble joy in holding this space for others in a deep and profound way. Mat is also a Kambô medicine carrier, kundalini yoga teacher, musician and sound healer, BioDynamic Cranial Touch practitioner, Thai massage therapist, ecstatic dance facilitator, carpenter, and more. He is grateful to guide this journey for you.
